Order Cancellation Policy
This Order Cancellation Policy applies to all virtual digital product orders placed on our website operated by Shenyang Xunye Trading Co., Ltd. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Cancellation Before Digital Delivery
For virtual digital goods, orders may be cancelled only before the digital product has been delivered to you.
Once your virtual product has been sent / delivered, the order cannot be cancelled, as digital goods are immediately accessible and cannot be returned or re‑sold.
2. How to Request Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before delivery, please contact our customer service immediately via email with your order number. We will process your cancellation request as soon as possible.

3. Non‑Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be cancelled:
- Orders where the virtual digital product has already been delivered to your account / email.
- Orders for which payment has been completed and digital content has been issued.
- Orders that have been processed and fulfilled by our system automatically.
4. Refund Upon Successful Cancellation
If your cancellation request is approved and the order has not been delivered, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Refund processing time depends on your payment provider and may take several business days.
5. System‑Generated Automatic Orders
Our system automatically delivers virtual products shortly after successful payment. Please double‑check your order details before completing payment. After payment is completed, cancellation requests are only accepted if delivery has not yet occurred.
6. Exceptions
Cancellation requests will not be accepted if the digital product has been delivered, used or accessed by you. We are not responsible for user mistakes such as purchasing the wrong product by accident.
